Prep Stage Students Embrace Creativity in Domestic
Session
Our enthusiastic students in the Prep stage recently put their creativity and practical
skills to excellent use during a dedicated domestic session. The focus of this engaging
activity was the creation of comfortable and stylish night gowns.
The air in the designated workspace buzzed with focused energy as students delved
into the project. They carefully followed instructions, demonstrating their growing abili-
ties in measuring, cutting fabric, and operating sewing machines (under careful supervi-
sion and guidance, of course!).
The session provided a wonderful opportunity for students to develop essential life
skills, fostering independence and a sense of accomplishment. They learned about
different types of fabrics suitable for sleepwear, the importance of accurate measure-
ments for a good fit, and the fundamental techniques of garment construction.
